Why Warning Lights Work
Most forklift-pedestrian accidents happen at blind corners and doorways. A blue spot projected 2-5 meters ahead of the forklift gives pedestrians an early visual warning, even when the forklift is silent.
Blue Spot Lights
Mounted front or rear, projecting a blue dot on the floor. Use 10-80V models to fit any forklift brand. LED lifespan over 30,000 hours.
Red Zone Lights
Project a red arc (180°) or lines around the forklift, creating a "keep-out" zone pedestrians should not cross. Especially effective in narrow aisles.
Installation Tips
- Mount at 2-3 m height, angled 5°-10° down
- Wire to the forklift ignition so lights only work while operating
- Use IP66+ rated lamps for washdown areas
